Revvy is a trading name of JGC Trading Ltd. Our registered office is Revvy, Unit G&H Milbrook Road, Orpington, BR53TX.

JGC Trading Ltd trading as Revvy is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for consumer credit activities (Firm Reference Number 713249).

Revvy operates as a credit broker and not a lender. We work with a limited number of finance providers, including Alphera, Santander, CA Finance, Evolution Funding and a small number of other carefully selected lenders. We can introduce you to these lenders to help you obtain finance for the purchase of a motor vehicle. We do not provide independent financial advice.

2. Using Our Website

3. Our Role as a Credit Broker

We are a broker and not a lender. This means we will introduce you to a lender from our panel that we believe may be able to offer you finance based on the information you provide and the lenders criteria. We do not search the whole market.

Some finance products or offers that are available directly from lenders or other intermediaries may not be available through Revvy. We do not provide independent advice, and we will not recommend that a particular lender or product is the best option for you. You should consider the information provided and decide whether any product meets your needs.

4. Commission Disclosure

We may receive a commission or other payment from a lender if you enter into a finance agreement following an introduction from us. This may be a fixed amount or a percentage of the amount financed.

Any commission that we receive will not affect the amount you pay under your credit agreement. The amounts you pay are set by the lender.

You have the right to request further information about the nature or amount of commission that we receive for arranging your finance. You can do this at any time before you sign your finance agreement by contacting us.

5. Your Responsibilities

You must ensure that all information you provide to us is true, accurate and complete. If you provide false or misleading information this may affect your ability to obtain credit and may be recorded on fraud prevention databases.

As part of assessing your application, we and the lenders on our panel may carry out identity checks, anti fraud checks and credit searches with credit reference agencies. These searches may be recorded on your credit file. Some searches may be soft searches that are not visible to other lenders, and some may be hard searches that are visible to other lenders and may affect your credit score.

By submitting an application through our website you confirm that you understand and agree that such checks may be carried out.

6. Finance Applications

All finance is subject to status, affordability and the lenders criteria. Approval is not guaranteed. The terms of any finance agreement, including interest rate and length of term, are set by the lender.

You should read the lenders pre contractual information and the terms of any finance agreement carefully before signing. If you are unsure about the suitability of any product you should seek independent financial advice.

7. Website Content and Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, logos, images and other content on this website are owned by or licensed to JGC Trading Ltd trading as Revvy or our licensors.
